Are you approved to ship to all NYS correctional facilities?

Yes, we are approved to ship to ALL New York State correctional facilities.

What time can I call to place an order or ask a question?

You may call us at (888) 638-9994 at these hours: 8:00AM-10:00PM 7 Days a week.

Can I request a catalog for both residential and facility addresses?

Yes we ship catalogs to both families and those incarcerated, please provide a DIN number when asking for a catalog to be shipped to a correctional facility.

Does the food (meats, fruits, vegetables, cheeses) stay fresh?

We ship expressin pre-cooled insulated boxes. Your order is guaranteed to arrive fresh to the facility.

Can I order now and have the package shipped for next month, or a later time?

Yes, we allow order to be placed with specific shipping dates upon request, as well as an option for prepaid accounts.

Can I order items that I do not see in your catalog?

We work for you, whatever you may request we will send given it is permitted by NYSDOC. If you do not see an item, email us and we will provide you details.

How fast does the package arrive?

The package will arrive within 1-2 days to the facility. All packages are shipped with tracking numbers and delivery notification.

What if an inmate is transferred/released/SHU/Loss of privilege?

Because we ship time sensitive perishable products, we are not responsible for any issues at the facility level. If we are given notification, we will refund or hold orders. Otherwise, once shipped, we cannot accept a returned package due to facility rejection.

Do you ship orders every day?

We ship weekly, orders are processed and shipped Monday night/Tuesday morning each week. Delivery days at the facilities are Wednesday.
