We strive to process orders as soon as possible. We now ship orders every Monday. All items are shipped fresh through USPS using insulated packaging.
All items meet the NYSDOCCS directives set forth. All packages are sent with delivery confirmation. Please calculate food items to total no more than 35Ibs, all other clothing, and non-food items weight must be added to the total package weight for shipping. NYSDOCCS does not add non-food items to the permitted 35LBS food package limitation.
Emma’s Premium is not responsible for items damaged due to delay at the facility level. All of our packages are shipping insulated and cooled, arriving at the facility within 1 to 2 days.
If the delay is due to shipping Emma’s Premium will provide necessary credits. If Fedex tracking confirms that the package has been received at the facility within due time, and was not processed by the respective package room in a timely manner, Emma’s Premium does not reimburse for such situations.
Any refused package due to SHU, transfer, or loss of privileges imposed by the facility is not eligible for reimbursement.
Shipping schedules may be altered during the summer due to heat waves and other factors. We will do our best to ensure that facilities process your orders in a timely manner.
