Came to the facility spoiled so they sent it back to Emma’s. Now Emma’s refuses to refund or reorder because “They didn’t get it” but the tracking says it was delivered to an INDIVIDUAL at their address. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t be surprised if their office was a 1 bedroom in the hood. And I’m STILL waiting for the alleged supervisor to call me. Use ANY OTHER delivery service for your loved ones if you can.
