If you have a loved one who is incarcerated then this is the place to purchase items that they will need. My husband was in reception for a couple of weeks and i did not know that he wasnt allowed anything until he got permanently housed but i ordered him stuff anyways and the items were sent back to sender with was Emma's. They contacted me right away with options. I had them re ship my order and he had his stuff with in 2 days. Very happy with that. Un like Union Supply Direct. I ordered from them at the same time for toiletries. They did not read my emails thoroughly and when my items were sent back to them they re shipped them back to where my husband was in reception instead of his new location. Now its been almost a month later and im still waiting for them to process my sent back order to give me my options. I will be getting a refund from them and from now on i order only from Emma's. Thank you guys so much for getting my husbands package to him and for the great communication
