Well meaning persons sent packages to a loved one, but they don't understand the rules about number of packages , or the timing of packages (per month). I needed help to postpone my regular package to comply. ANDRES JIJON was my support agent and he reviewed the entire situation, postponed my shipment and was efficient, gracious and completely understanding. THANK YOU, ANDRES!

I had a bit of a situation with my brother being relocated to a different facility after I placed my order. I was able to reach out to Emma’s Premium Services and they were kind enough to hold my order until I found out which was the new location. Furthermore, I spoke to a wonderful customer service agent named Lina, that provided prompt service with accuracy and even allowed me to add some more items to my order. What could have been a very stressful event by processing refunds, misplacing order, items getting lost etc. became a very seamless experience thanks to the level of professionalism and courteous staff. I want to thank your company for your magnificent customer service and sympathy. A special thank you to Lina, you are the best and deserve a raise like yesterday lol.

I'm happy my son gets to have the food he needs and especially with out me having to take it to a store and pack it up for him,i will be ordering some more next week

Emma's Premium Services has food and supplies at good value, the fresh meat the ship fresh and in insulated packages. They ship ups express so the packages are received quickly with the fresh meat, when there is a question or problem with any order they are quick to respond and wish to try and get some sort of resolution. I will definitely buy from them again. Today I needed assistance with my order and Andres was quick and proficient in resolving the problem. Thank You Andres

Extremely helpful on the phone, followed up with a phone call to me to see if I had any other questions and made sure the package was being shipped on the day we spoke.

I came into an issue with an order which was supposed to be delivered to a facility but was never claimed for and Andres Jijon helped me through the process, called the facility and was able to do a new order. I am very pleased with how this turned out because I was very upset with thanksgiving a couple days away. He was awesome.

My aunt had a wonderful experience with Andrew he was extremely helpful with getting her information and she was very confused and he was patient and helped her understand and find the order numbers.

I never write reviews but I felt the need to express my experiences with Emma’s. Every time I have dealt with Emma’s it has been a positive experience. I recently had a problem and Andrew rectified it immediately. Having a loved one incarcerated is a hard experience but with Emma’s it’s one less thing to worry about, thank you to the customer service staff
