I would prefer WEEKEND customer service for families...I would prefer a way to for CUSTOMERS to modify their own orders or cancel right on the spot! I find it very time consuming WAITING for HELP until the WEEK DAY oppose to having HELP on WEEKENDS!
Emailing back and forth is too time consuming when trying to MODIFY A ORDER!
My order was MODIFIED WRONG after WAITING for help because I ordered on the weekend an could NOT get help because I had to WAIT until MONDAY and then it was still modified wrong because the EMAIL ASSISTANT did NOT READ my MODIFICATION instructions the proper way! But after consistent emailing the attendant apologize for their mishaps in helping to adjust my order!
I can appreciate that!
