Find some way to keep the produce and meat products cold until the inmate get their packages which right now could be up to 7 to 10 days is 7 to 10 days which is not your fault but I know I have stopped ordering perishables for now because it's taking so long for the inmates to get their packages

This is the second time my loved one has ordered from Emma's however both times we have had inedible spoiled food upon receipt. Every banana was black and spoiled, the broccoli stunk and the package was leaking from food decay. The cucumbers were also spoiled. We are so disgusted and dissatisfied because we spent money for fruits and veggies to aid in my loved ones diabetic health and he cannot consume anything. We are unsure if this will be resolved by getting our money back... but we will not be purchasing from Emma's again.
