On January 26th, 2025, which was a Sunday. You’re not open on Sunday, so anticipating order to ship out “same day” Monday morning. As your policy says “ Orders placed Sunday-Wednesday 9am ship same day” and “ ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 1-2 DAYS.

Our Express shipping refers to time from when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed, as it must be processed first.
Packages are shipped VIA UPS, Expected delivery is typically 1-2 days from TIME OF SHIPPING”. Now being that there was no delay mentioned, nor holidays or seasonal issues, my order #154417, was not PACKAGED for shipping and UPS label created 3 BUSINESS DAYS later, UPS picked up the 13lbs package on Thursday, January 30, 2025, delivered to the facility on Friday, January 31, 2025, which technically makes a total of 5 business days charging $18.50 for an order placed and monies received on Sunday, January 26th.
