Hello All! Ty for inquiring regarding: my most recent order. My experience with Emma’s in more than one occasion that I’ve used the service is that 1. Love the fast shipping but I do have to report 2. Not all items at Emma’s are acceptable within the facility. Tooth paste , clothing article that are color blended will be rejected. All the shampoos on the catalog have alcohol ( not the coconut bar) so therefore will not be accepted . Ive lost plenty of $$$ bc each package I send I learn of new things that aren’t acceptable . A platform like this specifically serving incarcerated ppl should be abreast of what is allowed vs not. I look forward to improved systems where 100% of the things sold on the platform are also accepted at these facilities.
